Term 4 Inquiry Learning – “Can we fix it?”

This term for our Inquiry learning we were exploring the technology process and how to plan, design, make and improve things while showing integrity and working well with others. Our final technology challenge was to plan, design and build a boat for the Gingerbread Man to get across the river so he doesn’t get eaten by the fox. We made boats with a buddy using plastic cups, tape and card. We had to improve them so they would float in water. It was also Wacky Hair Day that day too!

Term 3 Inquiry Learning – “Precious Water”

This term for our Inquiry learning we were exploring water. We learnt that water is very precious. Our Inquiry and Enviro issue was that some people waste water. We identified ways we can save water at home and at school. We took action around our school and helped to not waste water. We are all water heroes in Room 4, we save water!
